Retreat Itinerary

  • Friday: Afternoon arrivals, Yoga, Dinner

  • Saturday: Early morning yoga, breakfast then a classic Arran ridge trail run of the Three Beinns! Led by the fantastic Otter's Tail Adventures.  We run along the flats and down hills, usually hiking the steep bits!  (14K, 949M) Faster options for those who want to train hard.  Orienteering.  Wild swim near the blue pools. Return to Heather Lodge for relaxation & dinner

  • Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast then kayak to Holy Isle! Climb to the top of the 324m peak then kayak back to Arran. Return to Heather Lodge for relaxation, dinner & fire pit/fire building entertainment

  • Monday: Late morning yoga, brunch and departures

  • Includes:

    • 3 nights cosy cottage accommodation at Heather Lodge

    • All delicious vegetarian meals (3 dinners, 2 lunches, 3 breakfasts) by Arran Supper Club
